Generally I find that if a store seems to be a straight-up reseller (most/all their inventory are "new" parts/sets/figs) they tend to have higher prices on average, not fond of using those. There's one store I won't name but any Canadian user of BL will likely recognize for having ridiculously high prices on everything - no clue who buys from them (they have close to 600 orders). That one's an outlier though, feel like I've seen a couple similar ones in the US too.
