And based on those miniatures it looks like he's about twice as big as bob; so honestly no biggie. They've released stuff that size before. And if that's slightly too big they could just slightly cheat by making him marginally smaller. Especially since these dudes apparently be as big as they 'want to'.
Also the timing of releasing world eaters right after Sanguinius just screams eternity gate fight to me
