Usage wise, Roar Balkesh is bad among the Hasbro meta and other Quad Beys. Fierce Basilisk is literally just Roar Balkesh but better. If you're looking for a display piece, the paint work is not close. The TT chip is completely paint, the TT blade is painted and has stickers, etc.
If you're in the US, Roar Balkesh has hit dollar stores for $5USD so might be worth a look.
