IF there were any dumps, i sure as hell didn't see it and no one on /toy/ reported of any (if anyone posted anything about the, it would had to have been posted when a thread is selfsaging on page 10)

People speculated Hasbro had a bunch of unsold stock, because stores under ordered the vehicles, so they went straight to discounters (and quickly sold out)
Also, the Data Viper was highly sought after. Used to go for at least double on Ebay. It was a rare figure to find, since it came from the last waves, which weren't carried by Walmarts and Targets. Only TRU and KMart were the last big vendors for the delayed movie waves.
And it's still going for a lot more than many other figures from the Retaliation line, including other Cobra figures and army builders.
