1:12 is too far away from 1:18, so I don't think the food items will work. Good news is that there's plenty of booze bottles in 1:12 (standard dollhouse scale) and the meat skewers can be made with a toothpick and Sculpey clay.

1:12/Figma version is do-able with scratchbuilding. At the time I built this, I didn't think to add an axle or wheels. There is a cheapie covered-wagon kit by Darice that sells for $2.00 that provide the wheels. Sorry about the unclothed Figma. I haven't come up with any clothing options for her yet.
