The normal way to avoid this and why you got confused most likely is that most places show the figure in the same picture like this Figuarts Yugi. Kaiyodo chose not to do this so you have a better picture of the actual accessories. Again because this is such a common practice that the figure will have fists on it. Figuarts these days usually don't even have a photo like this anymore.
