>>7128119>>7128133I think you guys are correct. I'm guessing they're going to use a ratcheting joint for the binders, similar to how Kshatriya had ratchets for its binders. Can't really make out the joint construction from this photo, but there's definitely room for ratcheting joints in there.
The stand plugs in the base are also probably intended (at least partially) for displaying funnels floating around the Nightingale.
