The death of blind box dolls may be right around the corner. Just as Mattel started releasing color changing blind box Barbies to compete with MGA it seems that MGA is starting to move away from their blind box cancer. Not only are the new Rainbow High dolls not blind box dolls, but they are re-releasing last years large Rainbow Surprise dolls in display collector boxes, which means they might be getting the message? Fingers crossed.
