>>5229309I cut the fabric using the old cape as a template, but with a little bit extra fabric on the side edges. I then wrapped the sides over some copper wire and sewed it into place. If you're feeling bold, you can hot glue the copper wire to the plastic cowl piece that goes around his neck for extra sturdiness. I didn't glue it down on my berserker armor, so I'd have the option without a cape though.
