Some useful stuff I've picked up with DIYing my own nendos, search up ねんどろいど パーツ on second hand sites ( mercari, otamart etc ) as a lot of parts go up for cheaps. There is also a few nendo trading and buying clubs on FB and a lot of people sell parts there if FB is your thing. For sculpting, use two part apoxie sculpt, air dries rock hard and won't crumble over time or in weather. Also, invest in an airbrush to get nice matte finishes on your paint jobs!
