>>9630528>You're also ignoring the fact that back in the day, Toy Biz did reuse the hell out of molds.I'm not, nothing of the post implies that I was, you keep coming in with assumptions like this is a fight or you are afraid of something. I mentioned Hasbro because they used the same molds for over 25 years in some cases and as such have the most examples of what I'm sharing such as some mold castings breaking (82/83/84 Cobra Commander) others partially breaking/degrading (86 Bat, Cobra Viper) and others being used right up to 2004 with no issues at all (84 Storm Shadow, Baroness) it shows a wide variety of how mold casting can go.
>How many old XMen figures got re-re-re-re-released under the Marvel Universe Again, it's not how often it's used as it is how well it was made for use and as a fun note the less parts and details on the mold usually work to it's favor of lasting much longer.
>No one really talks about degraded molds from Toy Biz either, unlike GI Joes in the 80s, 90s, and 00s that got re-re-re-reused. I wouldn't expect them too, I was sharing that point as to answer the question about materials, they usually just break or badly degrade so I shared both rather than just one.
I feel like you are just wanting to carry a torch for ToyBiz since I even made it clear at the end of my post it could still be a wide variety of things. That or you take any reply here as a directly undermining you.
I just want to talk about fun stuff with toys and roll around ideas.
