Has anyone ever managed to open apart the handgun version of shockwave?
I don't like the look of the braid so I was thinking I could take it apart and replace it with a black wire that would look more solid and sturdy.
I can split it with a spudger most of the way but the grey "muzzle" will not come apart whatsoever and I think they might have used a solvent to glue it into one piece.
I don't want to break it but I can't find anything about people having done this before.
>>5908688The only thing wrong with MP Laserwave by any stretch of the imagination would be the chosen color, but in person the pastel purple looks a look better than dark purple. I don't have them to compare but I've seen Quakeblast and the original G1 toy in person and the intense dark purple is just offputting.
I could definitely be a shade darker but I could barely even call it a flaw on the figure.
