Because who knows what really. I agree F.F should've gotten something but maybe Medicos considered her last when you have Annasui, Hermes, and Weather Report being the ally releases. Just give it up because any love for F.F seems dead in Medicos's eyes and all there is to ride on is a Statue Legend. It sucks but not everyone is going to get a release no matter how much you want them to.

It's speculation now but as far as Medicos knows, Stone Ocean is done and Steel Ball Run is the next step for the JoJo line. Might as well settle for her mini-figure and call it a day since they won't revisit Stone Ocean for a new figure but instead just reissue the usual cast and possibly throw in a recolor like Giorno 2nd.
