Is similar to what some comic editorial do with their events, like marvel's civil war. Someone follows daredevil, then civil war hits, they read about Murdock teaming with someone, get interested in someone and now the reader is following two different comics rather than one.
Although SC won't launch comics or some other tier in material, the fact they display together different prototypes from different franchises may catch attention. I bet a lot of people don't know who they hell is this guy,
