>>9507521>>9507514NAh, the only person dodging the question is you. You want to claim something, but what is this claim based on?
I've already backed up what I've said with links and pictures from another contract, but some other guy (or you) needs to pretend I said something else.
Here's another example of how another company also gives the licensee the ability to reup before soliciting to anyone else.
This is how real licenses work, not made up fiction like you're trying to claim.
>You even acknowledgedAs a FAR OUT possibility, which you don't seem to understand. Either Jazwares specified it never wanted to renew in the first place (extremely doubtful) or Jazwares fucked up like Mattel (toys remained high budget all the way through, instead of cutting budget at the end like Mattel or McFarlane, showing sales were high enough to support them). IF X then Y follows.
>You want us to just take as absolute fact that Jazwares declined to renew itAgain, show some proof to back it up. There's no reason to believe that Jazwares stuff wasn't selling in order for Fortnite to take the license away from them. There's no reason to believe the license wouldn't have first rights to reup. Again, again, again, Jazwares shit all came out like planned, with no budget cuts, fulfilling their contract with Fortnite to the fullest. All stores continued stocking the toys all the way until the end, showing that retail supported the line all the way to the end.
Want to claim otherwise? Proofs.
