It doesn't even make an especially good playset, it's incredibly expensive for essentially just a snowspeeder, a little bit of echo base, and like two snow troopers with an E-web. For the price of that UCS set you could get a kid an actual AT AT, a snowspeeder, that little Hoth trench set, and a few battle packs from each side, and they'd have way more fun with all of that.
