The stuff that goes inside is liquid, it needs to be poured in, so you need channels for pouring and for the air to come out and no dead ends to trap the air. Same goes for silicone too, it's also liquid and it needs to be poured properly to make a good mold. Once you put it all together, you will see why the parting lines are where they are.

Yet you invested in a vacuum pump and chamber? Come on now.

Seriously though, vacuum chamber is designed for regular silicone's curing time, so trying to de-gas your microwaveable silicone in it is only going to end in frustration. I used to use some quick-cure silicone myself, but when I finally got a vacuum pump I switched to regular because of that.

BTW, urethane resin produces quite a bit of heat when it cures, so it would be pretty funny if it melts your mold in the process.
