You can get it at home improvement places like Lowe's, Home Depot, Menard's for about $14 for a six foot by, I think four, sheet. You can use a ballpoint pen or soldering iron or get a foam cutter to sculpt it. Simplest method is to just use a ruler and a ballpoint pin to score out your brickwork and then cut, roll or burn the pattern in with a pen, knife or soldiering iron respectively. It's covered in a little plastic membrane you can peel off, so you can prime and pain t it without the accelerant eating at the foam or you can take the membrane off so the spraypaint accelerant eats into the foam a little to give it a more brick-like texture.
