In fact I uh, think we sometimes have the opposite problem - a casual request for help will get a whole bunch of detailed replies, to the point where we'll be repeating info and derailing a bit. We're rather nice to people politely asking questions.
Impldoll does custom colors based off pic alone, to elaborate on what other anon said, and some of their recent head and body sculpts haven't been poisonous at all. I don't recommend the thing you suggested because rs bodies are frankly quite ugly and even a modder won't be able to do much about it unless you basically want them to resculpt it.
