I think their tactic is that they bait people into getting banned, then when they're gone they can continue spewing their propaganda unopposed. How they remain, it's either a fifth-columnist vatnigger jannie who bans selectively, or they just come back with a VPN after getting banned. Ziggers love VPN-s.
Either way it's the same on every board. I wish for TZD to be a reality, so peace and tranquility can rule on 4chan forever. Apart from the occasional Serb that is.
