>>10631280That art you posted feels too modern even. Without factually knowing where it came from, I'm going to guess it came from a later era or remake. Maybe one of the many pseudo-sequels, like Turbo, Super, or what have you. What I remember from SF2 art during that actual era was two things:
1. It was inconsistent as hell. Capcom didn't seem to really care, letting their artists have free rein. And
2. a lot of Chun-Li art from that time was kind of unflattering in the face. People like to remember her as the cute girl in the sprites, but the accompanying art was an entirely different story.
