Meanwhile if you gotta send a 150 page dossier somewhere and have them recieve it immediately there is no better way than fax. You can hand the 150 pages over to the intern and have him work the fax machine for 5 minutes. Meanwhile try to get an intern to scan 150 pages and attach them to an email or add the extra 10 minutes to have him fumble around and turn them into a huge, missaligned pdf document.
Nothing beats fax when it comes to efficient paper trails.
