Pic related shows the space I have. I already made some SNOT roads because I don't have the space for 32x32 roads.
I already have:
-sail n fly marina
-breezeway café
-pizza to go
-gas n wash express
They can be original sets or MOCs as long as it all fits together nicely.
I was originally thinking about getting a police and fire HQ, but those are all at least 32x32 which would take up a lot of space.
