Used some of the old resources/added more links/used some of the stuff in the guides that are in the current recap at the top. What do you think? If it sucks the old guide can of course stay, no hard feelings. I honestly have no clue how often people check it out anyway.
I left out most of the company recommendations from the old guide because they tend to be outdated quickly and I wanted to keep the guide from aging badly. It also depends too much on personal experience and preferences.
(also tried three different link versions now, hopefully the system finally stops thinking I am trying to spam)
