I'm all for mythical creature bots, and I'd buy the shit out of a Kirin. Keeping with the themes from the original Beast Wars, Predacons would get all the dragons, hydras, and other lizard-like fantasy creatures while Maximals get stuff like Kirins, unicorns, koma-inu, or maybe a more mammalian-looking Eastern Dragon bot, a bit like Falcor from the Neverending Story.

Transmetal 2? No. Beast Machines had one which came out shortly after the TM2s, and he was glorious; he also got a repaint in the 2003 Universe line.
