It's nice to see DNA is taking criticism of Susanoo to heart and attempting to fix it. I don't recall the shoulders being one of the major complaints with him but if they're tweaking that, it might mean they're taking extra care and keeping a closer eye on QC with the rest of the figure.
That being said, I'm still not 100% on it. I did absolutely love Susanoo but from what I've seen and heard, I got lucky with mine and it was basically as perfect as it could get. No missing parts, no issues clipping the treads together, and hell, even the backpack has a pretty sturdy hold. I can actually pick him up by the turret in tank mode if I'm careful and it won't fall off. It's still a very fiddly figure and not at all a quick or easy transformation but I sort of like it for that. Sometimes, I want a complicated transformation because it's like a puzzle. Still, I got lucky. There's still a chance that nothing will change and Banzaitron will just as much of a mess. I dunno if it's worth the risk.
Ugh... but dammit all, he looks so good.
