>>7277387The screwtop GW pots were fine. The real hazard was the old pop-off top ones, those things took a surprising amount of force to open sometimes and the caps would fly off, splattering paint everywhere.
I gotta admit though, they sealed tight as a motherfucker! I still have ones over 10 years old where the paint hasn't dried out yet.
