Unless there's some specialty shop in country or a specialty etsy artisan who can whip you up some outfits from scratch from a source that yet to be mentioned it's still likely overwhelmingly a better option just to import.
I suppose it should also be noted that you're looking at completely different clothing sizes between an average marvel legends and an average figma if this image for ants is accurate.
For sizes on the Japanese Import side of things, JP does have a guide that sort of helps demistify some of their available lines. Didn't go much deeper since I found Piconeemo worked with Figma/Hon bodies. Could be a starting point for your search.

Really have to hand it to these guys going full on with their line. I'm to much of a scale slave to think of mixing them in with my figmas but I still really like some of their upcoming designs. I'm sort of curious to see the painted prototypes for megafists and backside nun.
