I won't talk for others, but Keaton Batman is my favorite not because fucking Keaton, I haven't even watched any other movies with him in main role.
I like the suit design - old-school fully anatomic rubber armor. I don't care how unpractical or unrealistic it is, it looks badass and works in my head.
Batman himself is fucking unrealistic.
It's just Batman Returns sports more mechanical or tacticool looking armor, while Forever and &Robin went full retard with nipples and over-stylized musculature.
And next iterations are either tacticool or spandex or something in-between.
