Just a big warning, during the initial mp05 witch hunt they were seizing shipments via xray, he was packed in robot mode and they picked up on his silhouette in robot mode, and even up to mp05G gold version they caught them (as the forum admin in link posted explained his process).
So, take a risk, lose a figure, get it cleared, keep it forever, regardless though 2 words of warning
