This is really hard to properly do in situations where a character has a high thigh cut detail like on a high cut leotard since the thigh hole needs to basically be a spherical cutout.
Remember the figures ass sculpt really shouldn't be pulled along with the thigh. It should stretch as the leg moves up, so when a figures ass is attached to the back of the leg in many cases it can be quite uncanny.
