The ball joint needed to be longer or the space for his neck needed to be deeper because it just barely pops on. There is absolutely zero up/down movement and zero side to side tilt. You can turn his head but that can also be a problem because the backpack pushes against the helmet plume. You can fix this by not pushing the backpack all the way in.
Other issues I had that could just be on my toy was the torso to hip joint popping off very easily and also the feet popping off easily. Once I popped them back on and moved the joints around a bit, I didn't really have a problem anymore. Although it is easier to pull his joints off than any other JoyToy I own.
Hip and knee joints are not very tight, I wouldn't say they're loose but it would probably get loose very quickly if you pose him a lot.
All arm joints were nice and tight.
Overall, nice looking figure with limited head movement.
