One year in highschool when I was really into Team Fortress 2, my dad got me Minecraft shirts and a hat. I was a little confused, and he said "I couldnt find any shirts of a guy with a pipe wrench. " He knew I liked playing as Engineer, but got me gifts of another popular online game because he wanted to gift me something in my interests, but didnt know all the ins and outs of what games I was playing. What was he going to do, watch me idle in trade servers for hours?
If this isn't a troll, you should thank your mom for the gifts, get her flowers, take her out to dinner, wear the shirts around every now and then, and after a few months, quietly move the items you don't want into a bag of things to donate.
