>>10871232It's really not that big a deal, they responded promptly and are going to fix the problem. In the past they've even helped me out when one of my MLs took a shelfdive and my dog chewed off it's foot. They mailed me a replacement foot free of charge.
From the looks of things, the joint on mine came out with an air bubble in it, so it was weakened, and the rest of her joints were moving easily so I didn't slow down to heat her up before bending this joint. I've seen it on cheaper toy lines, and I've seen it on more expensive ones.
