He's very well removed from the look of his evil counterpart, but I suppose that's the point of Shattered Glass.
As far as this weird made up vehicle goes it works very well. No trouble rolling and as you can see the turret ahs a full range of motion.
Not sure how much I agree with using bright green to accent gold but Botcon is gonna do whatever it is they do. Did.
