Best mummy version is the Mattel Thundercats Classics. It was a subscription exclusive however so it goes for a pretty penny on eBay, usually anywhere from $60 - $80 on average, sometimes less if you're lucky. Great articulation, sculpt, and paint plus a good amount of accessories.
Best transformed version is the Bandai Thundercats Classic Mumm-Ra. Substantially cheaper but it is from around 2011 so expect to pay more than retail. Has good articulation and a decent sculpt but suffers from inaccurate paint and lack of accessories beyond an extra set of hands and a bunch of wildly strewn bandages. No cape even though the figure has a hole in the back and extended spikes on the wrists so it was clearly designed to have one.
