As for 30MS, first few girls, before introduction of these "no seam" arms and legs parts, were indeed quite tight in joints department, my Rishetta couldn't twist her torso without serious sanding. New ones are often good from the go.

I heard of people using silicone grease on joints but I tried that and only resulted in squeaky joints that would get "stuck" after not being moved for a while.
