Toy-makers used to understand that. Now they don't for the most part. There are exceptions, like how this bitch helped the Rattler go well above the funding requirement numbers while three ugly aliens made it hard to get the LAATi funded.
The vintage TRON figures keep going up in value, and even the NECA reissues now sell for stupid-money for reissues. Meanwhile the other stuff really isn't worth a shit. I know Hasbro is gonna fuck up the Tron figures by making them 6" that focuses on being "screen-accurate" which in turn will make them ugly as toys. But I have a "fool's hope" that a miracle will happen, and we'll get something that's actually cool.
