While X, Pikachu and Lucina are relaxing at the beach, Greenbird the Pirate's crew is seen pillaging the nearby boardwalk, stealing money, prizes and funnel cake. The 3 heroes spring into action but are vastly outnumbered by the pirates. Lucina summons the Chaos Crystal of Air to power up her team to counter against Sharknado and the Robot masters. With the crystal granting them aerokinesis and super speed, theyre able to thwart the pirates except for Sharknado who remains determined. In an act of desperation, Sharknado pushes himself harder to unleash the last few ounces of tornado power to save his crew and their loot causing a dangerous hurricane in the area. Even with the power of the crystal, Lucina and the others are easily blown away by debris and the shark's greater wind affinity. Unfortunately, the crystal begins to recognize this and carries itself over to Sharknado. The heroes and the pirates fear for their lives with his wind powers exponentialized, but Sharknado instead spins away from the scene to parts unknown
