It's been a few threads since it got brought up, but in case anyone out there is still curious about those light-up gacha v's, I just got my set in today. Yes, you absolutely can use the bands on a normal vb/v, but it's not a perfect swap of just the bands.
You have to use the screw from the vb's strap fastener, and the fastener itself from the gacha. The screws are threaded differently and the fasteners are different sizes. The vb's screw has a small plastic washer, too, so don't forget to put that back on when moving it to the gacha fastener.
