And yeah the reissue is much better overall in combined mode. On top of both shoulders using the upgraded joint packaged with Brawl in the originals, all of the combiner hip joints and the ankle joints are much stronger. They're less "friction joints with sound effects" and more like actual ratchet joints this time around. Early adopters got screw on this one I guess.
I'll probably recombine all my combaticons later after I surgically transplant the upgrade kit parts onto my new Onslaught. I guess I'll add my old Onslaught onto the "I should sell this at some point" pile.
