Either way it doesn't really bother me, I like the Jazwares hands better than the D-Arts/SHF ones because they work as a more neutral pose for his hands.

The shoulders are more spherical because they're, well, ball joints and an angle could interfere with posing. You want accurate to the anime in every exact shape then buy statueshit. There's always gonna be compromises for the sake of range of motion with articulated figures.
