>>9587261It's not normal. The figures that tend to really sell for a lot are the ones that came out in the 90s, toward the end of the run and the end of turtlemania, before Next Mutation. The reason is because nobody bought those figures, so nobody had them, and there was no reason for Playmates to make more of them, hence they're more scarce.
