Heads up! You should all check the prices of the FN figures VERY closely at Wal-Mart, fellow anons. Some of the workers there are mispricing the FN figures for FAR less than what the typical MSRP is. It's happened in two different Wal-Marts in my area so far. The first store was selling the first wave Victory Royale figures for $15 and the upgrade shark for $8. Good deal!
Second store was selling wave 2 for $5 EACH. Yes, I bought the whole lot of 5 figures in the store. I kept three and sold two for MSRP, undercutting the scalpers who are selling them for $45+ on ebay. I get free figures, buyers get un-scalped figures, Wal-Mart & scalpers get the shaft. A win/win for everybody!
So why the crazy price difference? I'm guessing that with so many different FN figure lines, that Wal-Mart workers are getting confused as to what line is what when it comes to pricing. That $5 price is probably the clearance price of the old Jazwares figures that the employee accidentally punched in. If it could happen near me in two different stores, it can also happen near at your local Wal-Marts. I'm sure Wallyworld will fix it soon, so be sure to check & grab what you can now while the getting is good.
