>>6637857If you think it's bad how characters like Princess Eilonway, Jessica Rabbit or Princess Kida are ignored, and just flat out forgotten by Disney today just wait 15 years after Elena Of Avalor is canceled, and removed from television. She's not even that well known now, and shes at the height of her popularity. Nobody will know who she is or even remember her name. She will only be talked about by progressives, and snooty Disney hipsters. It's sad that Disney's first Hispanic Disney Princess had to be reduced to some low budget boring Disney Junior preschooler show.
I have some family members who married into the family who are Hispanic and every time I'm at a store with them, and tell them that the doll on the shelf is Disney's first Hispanic princess they always get MAJORLY pissed off, and say "Yes, because all Hispanics have dark brown skin, and play guitars. That's what Disney thinks we all look like." They think she looks Indian like Princess Jasmine. I quickly show them an Elsa doll to calm them down.
