There's either some miscommunication or wonky translations going on. They refer to it as a single figure (they probably mean the Cell sage one) but then immediately below they talk about the make a wish which we know is 2 Namek figures. Unless they really intend to not show off the 2 Namek ones if they don't hit the picture goal kek. Regardless hopefully there's even more than the 3 and this stuff is just hype building.
