>>10634704thank you, i'll look into that
>>106359472 week trip, most of the time will be spent in tokyo/osaka, and hiroshima would just be a day trip
>>10635868sure, i've been collecting stuff on and off for a while so these are just some of my finds.
the top picture's pizza came from a Mini Brands blind bag. it's cool because they have a lot of name brand stuff, but the scale is all over the place for some items, so it just depends. the bag of groceries next to it was from a miniature museum in Denver which was cute.
The middle picture has items from craft stores. the cake is from Michael's, the knitting set from Hobby Lobby, and the sack of sugar was from a larger set, I want to say Michael's? most craft stores have a miniature/fairy garden section, so sometimes you can find something cool there if you dig around.
The last picture is a bunch of eraser food I got from little Tokyo. I live nearby so for a while I'd go frequently and visit the little shops to see what they had. It's cool that they're made from eraser material, and they look much better than plastic food.
Not pictured is a lot of stuff I find on ebay. Just search "dollhouse food lot" and you'll almost always find what you're looking for. To get the most bang for your buck, try to get a lot at one time from one seller so you can combine the shipping charge.
Also everything is from China.
Getting it directly from a Chinese seller means you'll get the cheapest price, but you'll have to wait up to a few months to get your items.
If for whatever reason you need them sooner, any other seller in the US will be much much more expensive, though they offer 2 day shipping most of the time. Keep in mind you're getting the same item regardless. The US sellers just buy in bulk from china and resell at higher margins.
