For me there are the small crafts that can only hover, then ones of varying altitude, to ones that are only good in low gravity, to ones that can freely fly under earth-like gravity
They are capable of traveling the distances between planets, even an entire galaxy if making stops at service satellites. The issue is atmospheric entry, but some robots and aliens like pic related can withstand the temperatures, gravity wells and radiations just fine.
