The only thing you can really trust is what you see on the prototypes. From the Halo figures, you can guess what types of joints they'll use. So i would assume the Destiny figures are going to have 20+ PoA, unless they completely changed the type of joints they use. But their continued 5" Walking Dead line and the Titan shows they still use the same joints, so 20+ PoA is a fair guess.
