Animated did a neat trick revitalizing this character into something more unique.
Interesting decision to make his design very nazi-like, what with the cold demeanor and tall dark boots. I don't think had an overtly german accent but it has been a minute since I watch Animated.
Articuation is very standard. Shoulders move on both axis, though not as far outwards as I'd like. Biceps, double elbows and inward bending wrists.
No waist, Thighs move all around just fine. Ratchets are maybe a bit too soft. Thigh swivels and a very deep knee bend.
